At BF Recycle, we mainly offer panels with slight imperfections. These are downgraded panels or called A or B panels. 

Here are some imperfections of our panels:

• The joints or joints (H, L and S) may have some dents, which can prevent them from fitting together perfectly. However, this is easily repairable with a tool.

• There may also be a slight lack of filling in the urethane at one end of the panel.

• You can also have panels with smooth or wavy texture in the same order and for the same dimensions.

• It is also possible for one side or the other of a panel to be colored or both. There are also 4 different colors of white.

• You may have small dents or scratches on the sheet metal of the panels.

•  It is also possible to have certain sheets which are folded up at the end of a panel.

Urethane panels - R7.41 value

Urethane panels with an R-value of 7.41 per inch provide exceptional thermal insulation performance. Thanks to this high thermal resistance, they effectively prevent heat loss, thus reducing the need for heating during the winter and air conditioning during the summer.

With such a high R-value, it is possible to achieve high-performance insulation with less thickness, making it a preferred choice for walls, roofs and foundations.

In addition, these panels offer excellent resistance to humidity, making them ideal for environments exposed to condensation risks. In short, urethane panels with an R7.41 value guarantee long-lasting and optimal insulation while contributing to the reduction of energy costs in the long term.
